Please see the previous page for size chart, item number and pricing information. If you wish to purchase a jujitsu uniform, please print a copy of this page out on your printer, fill out the above information and return the filled out form and payment to your jujitsu instructor.
Payment may be made by cash, check or money order to David Bellman.
Please allow approximately two to three weeks to receive your new jujitsu uniform. Your uniform will be given to you at your class when the uniform comes in.
