TIPS TO SAVE YOUR LIFE

REACT IMMEDIATELY

  • If he abducts you in a parking lot and is taking you to an abandoned area, don't let him get you to that area.
  • If you are driving, crash your car while still going 5 mph.
  • If he is driving, find the right time and stick your fingers in his eyes.  He must watch the road, so choose an unsuspecting time, and gouge him.  It is your best defense!
  • While he is in shock, ... GET OUT.
  • (This may sounds gross but look at the alternative if you don't act).
  • Don't go along with him, run.  If you are able, don't ever give up.
  • Keep your distance when walking past strangers.
  • Get yourself a cell phone if you don't already have one.

AUTO BREAK DOWNS

  • Avoid breakdowns by keeping your car in good working order.
  • If your car does break down lock your doors.  It's good to have a cell phone to call for help.
  • If it's noon on a business day, you may want to put on your hazards, and walk to safety.

PHYSICAL DEFENSES YOU CAN USE

  • The EYES are one of the most vulnerable parts of the human body,  Poke him there!  It may be your only window of opportunity.
  • Everyone's KNEES are usually vulnerable.  A swift kick in the side of the knees will take most people down.  It only takes about 15 pounds of pressure to break a knee.
  • The elbow is one of the strongest points on your body.  If you are close enough to an attacker, consider using it!

BE PREPARED TO ACT ASSERTIVELY

When your life is in danger, act assertively.  Don't "halfway" kick an attacker, kick him as hard as you can.  Don't think that if you hit him too hard. he might hit you back harder.  He is already trying to do damage to you, mentally, as well as physically.
