Our country, constitution, and national character are based on tolerance and respect for the rights and needs of the individal. Hate crimes and hate incidents directly attack those founding principles breeding fear, distrust and uncertainty in the community.
Remedies
Victims of hate crime may be eligible for reimbursement for the following:

Property repair or replacement.
Psycholigical counseling.
Civil remedies for punitive damages such as lost wages.
